By accessing or using the Azadi 360 marketplace, MLM member dashboard, or vendor portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.
group 2. Member Network & MLM Guidelines
Registered members agree to represent the MLM program and marketing structure truthfully. Earnings are based on individual sales, upline/downline binary point matches, and rank upgrades. The company does not guarantee a specific income level or timeline. Accounts engaged in spamming, cross-recruitment, or illegal MLM practices will be immediately suspended.
storefront 3. Vendor Terms & Product Listings
Approved Vendors are solely responsible for their product descriptions, quality, shipping logistics, and compliance with local retail laws. Azadi 360 reserves the right to reject, suspend, or delete any product listing that does not meet platform quality standards.
payments 4. Purchases, Payments & Withdrawals
All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Commissions earned from point conversions (NIDs) are credited to the user's wallet. Payout requests are verified by administrators and paid weekly via secure bank transfers. Users are responsible for all applicable local taxes on income earned.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, withhold pending payouts, and restrict platform access to any user found violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent transaction disputes, or bringing disrepute to the brand.
